Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery details are incomplete. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Using your dash cam responsibly

You are responsible for using your products in line with UAE laws. Dash cam footage can be valuable for insurance and legal purposes, but publishing recordings that show other people or their vehicles may breach UAE privacy laws. FrameZone is not responsible for how footage is recorded, stored or shared. Install products so they do not block your view of the road.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FrameZone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and the FrameZone logo, belongs to FrameZone or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
